Financial Plans:
One goal of the Academy is to provide affordable payment programs for all students. Some students may qualify for outside aid or assistance while others may be self and/or family income dependent. The Academy offers long term payment programs for all students whether or not they qualify for grants, awards, or scholarships.
The Academy offers the following financial assistance programs for those who qualify:
Title IV (Pell Grant) program is a need-based grant offered through the US Department of Education. Awards are based on the family status of the individual as well as the income of the student or family. Awards are calculated on sliding scales that pay up to 70% of a student's program costs.
- Stafford Student Loans
- Plus Loans (Parents)
- Unsubsidized Loans
- Sallie Mae Alternative Loans
- Veteran's Administration Benefits for veterans
- In-Academy Financing and Payment Plans for all students, whether the student qualifies for the above mentioned programs or not.
Students interested in applying for any of the above programs may contact the Academy's Financial Aid office for details and application forms.
Our long term payment programs are designed to allow the student to establish what they feel they can afford to pay as a minimum while in school so that their program can be paid in full by their graduation date. These payments can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Finance charges are not applied while the student is in attendance in a program.
If a balance is owed by the student upon completion of his/her training program, there are several options available that will allow the student to graduate from the program:
The Academy accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Discovery Card or the student may secure a personal loan from a bank or lender of their choice who would pay the balance to the Academy.
For specific details on any of the above criteria, please contact the Academy's Financial Aid office.
